Water Intrusion Constitutes A Substantial Breach of the Warranty of Habitability

Insufficient waterproofing, rain damage to walls from a leaking roof, windows not waterproofed, inoperative thermostat, torn carpeting, cracks in the walls, and inadequate drains all constitute a substantial breach of the warranty of habitability.  Hyatt v.
