I have been a fan of Michael Pollan for 10 years. His work on food is amazing. Love his thoughts on meditation here. I meditate with the feds while running through the Presidio almost every day. I often think as I run and meditate simultaneously “this will sort its self out intrinsically.” And sometimes, I say it to the plants as I briskly run through them. If not, you don’t get grand kiddos.

Oh, so it’s like the NCAA. The joke is that we’re all suppose to bet on and treat the NCAA players like dogs in a dog fighting ring, meanwhile it happens to us too? Well, I think I’ll take a page from Curry’s playbook – leave in mouthguard 24/7 so I don’t spew verbal diarrhea all around town (but I have been doing this since 2004) & repeat Zi Gattina whom I want to marry since I first saw her in 2011.
