EatStreet Data Breach Class Action
Millions of EatStreet’s users face an increased risk of identity theft following a massive data breach that resulted in the loss of private personal information, including sensitive financial information. San Francisco, California – On June 18, 2019, the hacker Gnositcplayers claimed responsibility for hacking EatStreet, a restaurant delivery service. The data breach impacted more than six million EatStreet users nationwide and occurred from May 3 and until at least May 17. During the data breach, the hackers accessed critical customer information, including names, credit card numbers, billing addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers.
