Like, I’m not really acting American white. I never have been. I’m acting British or Eastern European. If I really wanted to curry favor for advancement, wouldn’t I listen to Linkin Park (who I do not like), Limp Bizkit (who I despise), Blink 182 (🤮) Eminem (who I don’t like at all), 80s Hair metal and not new wave (which I fucking hate), 70s the bone style rock (not my cup of tea), the Beatles (I’ve never listened to a complete song of theirs all of the way through), and modern American rock? Don’t get me wrong, I like Green Day coz I am from the Bay, I like Interpol (but they sound British), the Killers (first and third album coz they were new wave), and I like AFI (again, I am from the bay). I don’t know, the British or European guy isn’t exactly the quarterback coz he grew up playing football (UK)…
So, this analogy just doesn’t work. When you think curry, I think Tricky from Massive Attack.
Aren’t the British and EU guys are the heels in these scenarios??

I don’t want to play the all-American part in the black, white, or mixed space. Let someone else do it.
As an aside, I LOVE the Strokes, the Bravery, YYYs, Ambulance LTD., VHS or Beta, The Faint, TV on the Radio, LCD Soundsystem, the White Stripes, and similar bands, so I like American bands, but like not extremely popular shit.
