Concord tenants remain protected from evictions related to Coronavirus/COVID-19 income disruption through mid-Summer. As previously reported, the Concord Coronavirus/COVID-19 eviction moratorium also contains a rent increase moratorium for covered tenants.
As the Concord Coronavirus/COVID-19 eviction moratorium runs concurrently with the California Coronavirus/COVID-19 eviction moratorium, the Concord Coronavirus/COVID-19 eviction moratorium is structured to incorporate automatic extensions whenever California Governor Gavin Newsom extends the California Coronavirus/COVID-19 eviction moratorium. Most recently, the Governor extended the California Coronavirus/COVID-19 eviction moratorium until July 28, 2020.
